You can always Book Online or Call Us to make an appointment. Sometimes we might change opening time, so if you’re not sure please call us to confirm.
If you have questions you can either call us or email us. Email could have a late response but we will try to answer your question as soon as possible.
We understand pet parents can be busy. Our earliest check-in time can start at 7:30-8:00 AM. If you need to drop your baby in the early morning please call us to let us know so we will have someone open for you.
Everyday our last appointment can be scheduled at 2:45PM. During the festival the last appointment for haircut can be scheduled at 3:45PM and bath appointment can be scheduled at 4:15. Usually a service takes 3-4 hours long. Sometimes when we get busy the haircut might need another 20-30 minutes. We will give you a call when your baby is ready to go home.
